  7.  Limited License To Copy The Software

  9.  You are granted a limited license to copy GrabIt Pro ONLY FOR THE TRIAL
  10.  USE OF OTHERS subject to the terms of the software license agreement
  11.  supplied with this program, and the conditions described below:

  13.  GrabIt Pro MUST be copied in an unmodified form and GRBPRO.ZIP MUST contain
  14.  the following files:
  15.      
  16.      GRABPRO.EXE      ----------> The Windows Executable Program.
  17.      GRABPRO.DOC      ----------> The program documentation
  18.      GRABPRO.HLP      ----------> The Windows Help File
  19.      REGISTER.FRM     ----------> The shareware registration form.
  20.      README.TXT       ----------> Important information.
  21.      REGISTER.TXT     ----------> Registration Information
  22.      VENDOR.TXT       ----------> Shareware Vendor Information

  25. -> No fee, charge or other compensation may be accepted or requested by
  26.    anyone without the express written permission in advance of Software 
  27.    Excellence By Design Inc.

  29. -> Public Domain Disk Vendors May NOT CHARGE a fee for GrabIt Pro
  30.    itself. However you may include GrabIt Pro on a diskette or other
  31.    media for which you charge a nominal distribution fee as long as the
  32.    conditions below are met.

  37. 1. Notify purchaser of said media prior to accepting payment that the 
  38.    fee paid to acquire the media does NOT IN ANY WAY relieve purchaser 
  39.    from their contractual obgliation to purchase GrabIt Pro if  
  40.    purchaser uses GrabIt Pro beyond the 14 day evaluation period.
  41.      
  42. 2. The above statement MUST be printed on a label, or other form of
  43.    identification, that is DIRECTLY attached to the media being distributed
  44.    by ANY Public Domain or Shareware Disk Vendor without exception!
  45.  
  46. 3. Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (Sysops) may post
  47.    GrabIt Pro for downloading by their users without written permission
  48.    ONLY AS LONG AS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.  A fee may be charged
  49.    for access to the BBS AS LONG AS NO SPECIFIC FEE IS CHARGED FOR
  50.    DOWNLOADING GrabIt Pro files without first obtaining the express
  51.    written permission in advance from Software Excellence By Design Inc. 
  52.    to charge such a fee.
